Self-Portraits

Photography, often an affirmation of one's presence and identity, here, serves a different purpose. How often have we said, "Look, this is [name]," while pointing to a photograph, as if an image could fully encapsulate one's essence? But by rendering my facial features unfamiliar or ridiculous, I aim to confront my own alienation. These captures are not declarations of identity, but expressions of my internal search.
